Aloft Atlanta Perimeter Center 6401 Barfield Road, Sandy Springs, GA 30328

"A business trip required a stay at this Aloft on Jan 22/23. A few days after checking out, my corp card was billed for 2 separate rooms. I called the hotel and was told, “I wasn’t in there system and there was no record of my stay”. This was after I referenced data from my folio (which the hotel emailed me) that including both the invoice and room numbers. I have since called this hotel 3 separate times and left a detailed vm for the General Manager describing the situation without any response. I average 80-90 nights per year across multiple Marriott brands hotels and have never had service like this."

"I’ve stayed at this location multiple times over the past few years for work travel. Always friendly and if there is an issue with the room they fix it or move you. Fitness Center is small but always clean. Bartenders are fun to chat with and make some good drinks."

"The hotel has plenty of free parking. The lobby is really cute with places to sit, games, and a bar. The pool is small but heated. Todd was very pleasant during check in and our entire stay. The rooms are very spacious with modern decor and the beds were comfortable. Loved the shower. Walls are thin and you can hear neighbors but we stayed on a Sunday and it was pretty quiet."

"First time at this Aloft and it was a mixed bag. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms were very clean, but there were some issues. The first room I had the flooring was losing adhesive and bubbling up. The door also looked like it had been forced open (See Picture). Second room did not have these issues, but it did have two conditioners in the shower instead of a shampoo. The rooms are also very bright due to the LED lights on everything. The nightlight in the bathroom is bright enough to read by, and the IT folks never turned off the lights on the Aruba access points in the room, so they are bright green all night."

"Stayed at the ALOFT for the first time and I loved everything about it. Modern, clean, and functional. Our room was incredibly spacious for my party and our two dogs. Another plus it's dog friendly! It's often hard to find places that will accommodate two pups at a time. They had plenty of grass and bags for the dogs to do their business which I appreciated. The room had two nightstands, a table, and a nice mini fridge. I also enjoyed the Drybar products. Amazing. Parking is spacious and the parking lot is well lit in the evening. The staff is friendly and helpful! Todd is also very kind. I was making complimentary coffee and he made sure the elevator was open for me since I had my hands full. He also made sure that my pups had their complimentary gifts and I asked for some products to take on the road. I would come back and stay again!"
