"I just wanted to get on here and do a review about my leasing agen K'Niqua Browne. She was awesome from begining to end in this process. I had visited several different communities and expressed that amaneties and playground was really important to me because I had a 7 year old son. Unlike those other communites who simply pointed to the play area, K'Niqua took the time to make sure that I had time to go an visit the area since I expressed that was a critical part in my moving decision. Even after initially viewing the community and units with her about a month later I wanted to view the property again. She had no problem with it. I am not set to move in until next month but K'Niqua made my decision to choose The Park at Abernathy Square a piece of cake! Thank you K'Niqua Browne"

"This complex deserves the lowest of low for ratings but google only allows that you must put at least one star. I wouldn’t recommend even a pet to take part in this place. First off my neighbors have been harassing my family and I for months now. I have contacted management, the police department, left messages etc several occasions and nothing has been done, no follow up has taken place with my family and I believe this is a case of racism. To top it all off it constant problems in this complex and the safety and up keep is a nightmare. Not worth what you’re paying, it’s become lower and lower quality everyday. No real security and safety and it’s a free for all. Don’t expect management to do their job but count on lack of proper communication and compassion for families. It’s a shame that trash barely gets picked up but residents are forced to pay for it every month. There is always some type of living inconvenience. When my family and I first moved here we saw people MOVING OUT ALL THE TIME. I truly understand now and I pray no one lives here. It’s a walking nightmare if you want to enjoy yourself in your own home. And to top it off your neighbors are allowed and given the opportunity to monitor any guests you have at YOUR HOME, grill on the walkways, play extremely loud band music at night , let in all types of randoms and the gates never work , imagine that type of audacity. The property owners obviously aren’t looking into what’s going on here and it’s showing. I’m sure many apartments will come open and more will be moving."

I had a quick turn around time that I needed to get into a new place, and even though I was a little impatient, Marcus was very professional, courteous and quite helpful through it all. Even after move-in when I had some minor problems, maintenance responded within a few hours. I'm very pleased with my new home."
