"I recently moved here (sight unseen!) and I’m so glad I did! I cannot brag enough about the team here, especially Amaia from leasing and Chris from maintenance. The two of them worked closely together to make sure my apartment was ready by move in. I had to do everything virtually, since I was traveling for work at the time, and Amaia went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with my apartment selection, from video tours to keeping me informed of its status along the way. The manager, Dominique, has been friendly and accommodating as well. Management even made sure my Uhaul wasn't booted while parked on site during my move in! Another plus about this place is the bodega! We have a convenient store on site that stays open until midnight. LOVE THIS! The location is perfect and conventionally located near everything essential for me (grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, spa, parks, etc.) If I must agree with anything negative from other posts, it is the cleanliness of the common areas. It seems we need an actual janitorial staff to clean daily, at least until the team is fully staffed. I 100% recommend you move here!"

"New management is not good at all. First we waited a month for them to come for maintenance mind you our only toilet stopped working properly. Secondly since when can we not use building amenities or work in a designated area. The bald lady with the black big glasses is very rude. I would not recommend. The last management kept the place clean and were very polite, with the current one there is dog pee everywhere and its just dirty floors."

"I Love the Eva apartment complex specifically because of my two genuine and amazing friends slash front desk attendats Taylor And Jiger. The space is an amazing complex to relax to as well and the maintenance Team are amazing as well. Especially Randy. He's a great guy and definitely gets the job done without a doubt he's hands down one of the best I've encountered."
