"You could not pay me to live here, I would rather sleep on hot coals every night or in a cardboard box on the side of the road than here. Management is constantly changing and is therefore in shambles. If your neighbors keep you up all night and day they won’t do anything. The units flood and the a/c is not well maintained and will fail you (and they’ll take their sweet time fixing these preventable issues). Move here if you hate comfort and happiness and love constant problems."

"I have been here since August of last year and i have no complaints with my home! Maintenance gets to you pretty quickly, it’s a quiet area, haven’t had any bug issues, and the office provides good customer service. Sarah checks in on work orders and gives updates every now and then and i really appreciate it! ♥️"

"I would give 0 stars if I could. These units would be “luxury” if you think sinking foundations, cracking ceilings, mold, roaches, cigarettes littered across the property, terrible communication from the leasing office, and an unresponsive maintenance team are all worth the $2000+ a month they charge you. This place is the textbook definition of a “landlord special”, where a fresh coat of paint will always be the solution. Your pest control fee will never be used and is pocketed by the leasing corporation, you’ll have to replace your own appliances if they break, and your maintenance requests will always be half finished or ignored. We were out of air conditioning for 13 days during the hottest week of the year with no reimbursement or urgency in finding a solution. On top of that, they selectively enforce lease agreements and never respond to noise complaints or keep the property clean like stated on their lease. Stay far, far, far away from this apartment complex and know that every positive review on here is either baited or fake."

"I would genuinely rather live in a shack than renew my lease here. Words can’t even describe the absolute horror it is to live here. Be prepared to have bug infestations constantly with no visits from pest control (despite paying a monthly fee!), packages stolen due to over half of the mailboxes being damaged and not able to lock, disruptive neighbors who smoke and yell at all hours of the day and night, mold behind every appliance, your car will constantly be covered in dirt due to yard maintenance blowing dirt onto your car, and an unstable foundation that is tilted and cracking! Not to mention this COMPLETE lie of ‘renovated, luxury apartments’. I’m sorry but slapping paint over every surface in the unit haphazardly with paint dripping absolutely everywhere is not renovated in the slightest, the very least you could do is make an attempt to try and keep the paint from staining everything and running onto the floors. Don’t believe the ‘stainless steel appliances’ either, THEY installed the microwaves in units wrong causing it to be a literal fire hazard with the fire marshal ordering them to be removed. After removing the microwaves they did not provide replacement so if you choose to live here have fun cooking solely on the oven that is tilted at an angle making it impossible to cook anything with liquid involved. Management will not do anything, you will never ever get ahold of the property manager, and if you do have a problem with something they will give you the same generic response they give to all complaints rather than taking action when the grievances are laid out directly in front of them; ‘Please stop by or give us a call’. I’ve stopped by. I’ve called. Nothing ever happens. Take this as a warning and live anywhere else than this over $2,000 a month pile of garbage."

"This place is a nightmare. We had to break our lease agreement in advance because it was impossible to live in these conditions and we had to pay the penalty anyways! The apartment is infested with cockroaches!! Pest control only came occasionally and during working hours so we were never home, that’s why we bought a pest control liquid spray, but even though we sprayed almost every day, the cockroaches kept coming!! Our neighbors were also the problem of this! Very dirty neighbors, who left food leftovers at the door of their apartment and never cleaned up!! The cockroaches were not the only issue we had in this horrible place, we had lots of issues from the beginning, and we were every day regretting our decision. The only thing I can highlight about this place is Carla, the leasing manager. She tried to help us every time we had an issue. She is very nice and comprehensive, but the problems of this place are too many for just one person! If you want to avoid your life becoming a nightmare, don't move here."
