"I moved this apartment year of 2017 and I am very pleased with Management and especially highly recommend Natalie OToole. She absolutely does amazing work in this company and in the office and also I like the maintenance guy, Hubert, very happy being in this apartment!! My rent has increased quite a bit over the years. I hope it doesn’t increase too high this renewal. I hope it can go down."

"Don't move here if you care about your health. There's mold and all they do is send a guy over with bleach and a dirty rag to clean it off. (We have cats which the bleach would of been severely harmful too) They don't take it seriously. They leave the mold to grow behind the walls, they hide issues rather then fix them. As the pictures show, both around the windows and drywall around the bathtub, have moisture levels over 30%. Drywall moisture is considered bad once you hit 17% if you pass 30% massive mold growth can occur. The maintenance man tried to tell me that the mold in the shower was not because there is mold behind the wall but is because we don't clean it enough which is a lie. My wife wipes after every shower and scrubs it with bleach every few days yet the mold gets worse. I explained to him that grout lines need to be re-sealed otherwise water gets in and mold grows in the walls. He said that wasn't true yet the moisture meter shows a whopping 49.4% moisture on the drywall right outside the shower. The mold back there has probably been growing for many years since he doesn't care and the old tile shower was just sprayed over rather than replaced. The mold around the windows and in the grout lines in the shower even with us cleaning constantly shows there are unhealthy amounts of mold in the building. They tried to make it okay by saying all the units have the same issue. Yes, they said all! So no matter what unit you move into they expect you to just breathe the toxic mold spores in. I guess if you want to develop life long health issues then you might want to move in. I asked if they could have a mold remediation company come out and check to make sure it's safe to live there and they said I could at my own expense. A prime example of Gross negligence. The employees are sexist and lie. Let's talk about the people who work here. My wife was assaulted by a man who worked on landscaping. The manager at the time told her not to tell anyone about it and told her that she is lying and made it up unless she got it on camera rather than actually dealing with the dangerous man. This is not the last time they tried to shut her up. I've been home on multiple occasions where the maintenance man would completely ignore what she is saying and only spoke with me as if her opinion did not matter because she is a women. Now the maintenance man claims to be working in construction for 20 years yet is not proactive about anything. Instead he says it's normal, ignores health implications, and blames it on the tenant. For example, when we first moved in we were exited about the giant tubs. When we filled it the first time we saw black flakes. We then asked if someone could fix it se they came out and replaced the toilet filler but the black flakes kept getting worse, they came out again and said it was not mold and is most likely from the hot water heater so he ran water saying he was draining the tank. That still didn't fix it so I looked it up and he decided to not tell us that the black flakes from the water heater meant the inside of the water heater was decaying and all of our hot water was coming with dangerous corrosive metal. He knew we were being poisoned and said nothing. I had to make another request for the water heater to be replaced with an explanation. If I hadn't looked it up they would of just poisoned us to save a few bucks. Other issues include, valet trash refusing to pick up, broken sprinklers, walkway flooding, broken dishwasher with no eta on new one, and much more. DON'T WASTE A YEAR OF YOU LIFE HERE STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!"

I am definitely seriously considering making The Adair my residence. The apartments are well appointed, the amenities are great and they would welcome my dog!"

"I have been a resident here for almost 4 years now and I couldn’t imagine a better place to call my first post-grad home! I absolutely love being close to the Chattahoochee river where I frequently go walking/kayaking. These apartments are spacious, safe, and they are ideal for living as a remote worker with an active lifestyle. I managed to quarantine in this apartment without feeling claustrophobic which truly shows how homey this place is! The space, the neighbors, management, and the community location couldn’t be any better. No apartment is perfect, but this is pretty close! I am also excited to see the outcome of the recent community improvements! I hope that in this crazy rental market, my upcoming lease renewal is reasonable so I can continue to be a part of this incredible community!"
