Aston City Springs

"It’s a lovely complex and the area is great. Very well kept building. Only complaint (but major) is how loud it is. The windows are very poor quality, and you hear everything. Dogs, people chatting, music from vehicles etc. The garbage and recycling trucks will take out the metal bins anywhere from 5-730am. It is certain you will wake up from the noise and the banging 3-4 times a week, my whole unit shakes. It’s very annoying."

"Over priced. They Charge Miami, San Diego prices without providing the same quality of life as major cities like Miami, San Diego etc. I stayed here for 1 year and am deeply dissatisfied. The building sucks. There isn’t a concierge, rooftop pool, jacuzzi, sauna or valet so why am I being charged luxury prices?"

"We really enjoy living at Aston City Center. The location is unbeatable the staff is friendly and the maintenance crew are on it. The amenities are very nice. The apartments are well built and utility bills are low. I’d suggest looking at units not facing Mt Vernon due to traffic noise."
