"The cabin was absolutely beautiful! Each room had it's own bathroom, which was great. There were two balconies and a hot tub. I would love to go back."
"Time with my friends was wonderful! The cabin? Not so much! The kitchen was described as fully equipped....lol! We had to go buy pots and knives to prepare our food! The refrigerators do not keep food cold, and the icemakers are sadly lacking. We had to go out to purchase ice also! The cabin was advertised as comfortable for 40 people. We couldn't all sit together in any room. Five people were able to sit on the two sofas. We had 37 ladies! The decks had no comfortable setting at all much less seating for any number of guests at all. We are not satisfied with the cabin at all and couldn't state we would offer any recommendations."
"The only issue we had was the remotes to most of the TV were missing and the couldn't get us any for the week we were there, and the hot tub wasn't clean we had to wait 3 days and we were only there for 5. Everything else was perfect. Management is very slow and trash didn't always get emptied."
"The experience here valued nowhere near the amount of money paid to stay. AC didn't work in half of the upstairs, the rooms where 85 degrees when we arrived. Management was practically useless. AC wasn't repaired until 36 hrs after we arrived. Appliances are outdated. Overall not a great experience."
"We stayed here on a family vacation and while it was a great place to visit, the Moonlight Lodge was good but not great. The accommodations were adequate and the staff was friendly but the unit we stayed in was in need of updating and left a little something to be desired. The kitchen was ample but underwhelming and definitely dated. The bedrooms were large enough but left something to be desired. The staff was was friendly and helpful so they have that going for them but there are probably better places to stay at the same rate that might be able to offer amenities that would make for a more enjoyable stay for a family vacation."
