"We had a good stay here. It's a good location and breakfast was nice. Quiet room and good comfortable bed. The customer service at this hotel was below par. We asked for a blanket and it was never brought to our room. We asked for luggage cart and it also wasn't brought to our room. Property is under renovation which is good because it needs some attention. One thing I would like to see is access to water in the lobby/ lounge/ breakfast area. Hot water is available only. There's no way to Refill a water bottle unless you want to go into the bathroom."

"Employees were friendly, nice and informative of the area. Rooms were clean, restocked and cleaned daily. Free breakfast buffet had multiple items to choose from, and rotated daily. Hotel has a pool, and workout room. I think this hotel could benefit from a small hotel bar just for those on vacation, and want that little extra splurge."

"Our room was very clean and every employee we encountered was courteous and helpful. The coffee was great and the breakfast had a wide range of options available. There was a nice fire pit. We enjoyed the free popcorn every night."

"Comfortable, pillow top beds! Clean rooms! Friendly kind people. I loved this hotel so much, that we added extra night! Hot tub is being renovated- sad face. Other than that, I would give this 10 out of 5 stars. There is another Holiday Inn here but that one is very close to the rides and parks…aka happy squeels of children. So this is the quiet Holiday Inn."
