"We really enjoyed our stay, staff was super friendly and accommodating! The pool and hot tub is 24 hours which was really awesome and the kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was great and the kitchen staff was wonderful. Rooms are spacious and very very clean. This hotel is in a great location close to everything which really helps with 4 kids for things to be easy to get to and from. They had a good selection in their shop area and vending machines with reasonable pricing on everything .The pricing on the rooms was awesome as well and they are 100% pet friendly. We loved this location so much we ended staying an extra day here!"

"Our family recently visited for a 2 night stay and were very pleased. Pet friendly and very reasonable rates. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, the water pressure was exceptional, and the breakfast included a nice selection. The entire grounds appeared to be well maintained and the employees could be seen actively keeping things up throughout the day. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. La Quinta has been a favorite with our family, but this location seems to go above and beyond. We look forward to a future stay next time we visit the area."

"We were extremely happy with our stay there. They really are pet friendly. The place was clean and well kept. Our room was large and neat. A special thanks to the breakfast ladies, they did a great job. All the employees we’ve interacted with were pleasant and helpful. The location is perfect too, everything we wanted to see was within a half hour drive. We’ll be coming back next time we’re in the area."

"Wonderful stay on the strip. Probably one of the nicer hotels you can stay at in Pigeon Forge. We got the king suite and it was beautiful. I was worried because the room was right by the elevator, but it was super quiet. The bedroom was furthest from the front door, so that helped. Location: Right in the middle of Pigeon Forge. There are tons of local restaurants to walk to. We had a balcony on the roadside and still had great views. Pros - Beautiful king suite. Large with balcony - Good views - Prime location - Room was extremely clean - Bed was comfortable and clean - Service was friendly - Pet friendly! - I loved that the shower had shelves with drain holes so my soap wasn't sitting in water. Cons - Water pressure was not great. - Only one elevator (could not find stairs). The elevator is soooo slow and really run down. I thought we would get stuck a few times - Park is limited and hard to maneuver bigger vehicles - The balcony door took us a while to figure out how to open. The handle unlocks and locks the door if turned certain ways. We never quite understood how it worked but managed to get it unlocked."
