"Unknowledgeable staff, rude, overpriced and they don't really care about the guests. As long as they get their money. And they will find reasons to charge extra. They also have "Dodgen Builders" located in the same office. Jeff, the builders manager, is very unprofessional and condescending."

"Cabin 290 has a horrible bug infestation. There was also two dead birds laying on the porch when we got there and someone’s hair in the drain of BOTH bathtubs! And filthy kitchen utensils before we even got to use them. Very disappointed, I feel they ripped us off. Hopefully we didn’t pick up scabies from lack of cleaning or something:("

"These people are super friendly, we showed up early forgetting that check in wasn't till 3 pm. They were nice enough to let us check in early. The location of our cabin was very nice, being surrounded by woods and sitting here on the balcony listen to the creek run and crickets sing......very very relaxing."

"I don’t normally do this, but I was so excited to stay here. I booked a cabin for a surprise trip for my husband’s birthday with a couple friends & family. Beautiful cabin and very clean, but we had NO running water the entire weekend. We couldn’t shower, cook, or even brush our teeth. I’ve never been so upset/disappointed!"
