"The resort was clean and well run. It's in a great location. The parking at the check-in area is very limited and area is congested with new expansion in this area. Extra towels were delivered quickly. Nice resort. Looking forward to go back."

"We were guests of the owner. Location is nice as far as access to local attractions. Killed several roaches each day of our six day stay. Heat would not shut off. Wound up sleeping with the patio door opened a few inches. Since it was below 20° outside, we were able to keep it tolerable. Hot tub was closed the entire time we were here, due to it being cold outside. Imagine that. If you’re going to be that way, drain and cover your hot tub and put up a CLOSED sign…rather than having it lit up all night with steam rising from it to invite all who see it to take a dip. Grateful to the owner for the use of his property, but there is no way on earth I would invest in this ripoff, no matter how cheap it was."

"Our room was not level, meaning the floor noticeably sloped downward from the bedroom to the living area. The grout in the bathroom was missing, cracked, and coming loose. Needless to say, there were frequent episodes of stepping on pieces of grout during the night. Attempts to reach the front desk were fruitless despite following the clearly written instructions on the room phone. Everyone at check-in was pleasant. Despite the multiple areas of construction, the property is nice. Add in-room food service and keep your pools and hot tubs opened till midnight."

"Sorry, I don't know much about this place. What saw it looks to be a good place. My brother has a time share there. They came down from Kentucky to celebrate the holidays. The room is really nice. The only problem is the roads to get there. It's a little bit off the main road."

"The rooms are not the greatest. The bathtub was not cleaned at check in. The toilet seat is old and in need of replacing. Curtains had stains. Location to Pigeon Forge is great. We stayed as a guest of owner so we really did not have that many complaints. Housekeeping did not come one time during our stay. This is an overall average property , nothing that will blow you away."
