Creekside Lodge

"Cabin not very clean. The water reeked, smells like sewage. Contacted owner and they sent a guy out but nothing was done(pacified us). Bought gallon water at the Publix up the street and baby wipes. Mildew or mold in the bathtub in the second bedroom right by the entertainment center off the kitchen. Cobwebs all over the place. You will stub your toe on the dining room table bench at least once a day. This cabin really needs to be updated. The mattress’s were horrible. This was really the Motel 6 of cabins. We were in 319. Would not recommend."

"Tubs nasty- sofa couches nasty- called for maintenance Friday at 6pm and they did not show up till Saturday at 4pm. There wasn't any lights in the bedroom. The water smell horrible as well. I would not recommend this to my Pitts. Television didn't work nor wifi. On top of that the refrigerator was nasty."

"We stayed there in October last week. We were a group of 6 families. The lodge was very clean and had all the facilities. But we were not able to use 4 of the bathrooms because of rotten egg smell. The smell was so horrible that if someone opens faucets then not only the bathroom but the entire room cannot be used. There is no WiFi in this place either."

"The worker were very helpful to me and my family. I enjoyed the experience with my grandchildren ❤️ and the relationship they formed so quickly with them.. The photographer listen to what I wanted for the pictures. She took a wide variety of pictures for me to pick from. When it was time to pick the photos they were very helpful. Although prices are a stretch to try very hard to reach what I could afford and was not pushy in making me spend what afford. Thanks for all you do to help me with my memories."

"Be careful it is a Bear Territory. This pic is clicked from the steps of the Cabin. Hot Jacuzzi is icing on cake. Rooms are neat if you prefer to stay at Pigeon Forge rather than Gatlinburg."
