Hampton Inn Pigeon Forge

"This was not the best Hampton Inn I have stayed at. Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable.  Pillows just meh.  Room had a fireplace which had some issues starting. Fireplace did not give much heat and was not the best Fireplace in the world, but set the mood for relaxation.  Water pressure good. Breakfast was not the best.  Gravy was consistency of water, sausages were tasteless, as well as eggs, disappointing.  Biscuits horribly mushy, juices were not good,  but coffee was good. Laundry cost was about 8.00 for a very very small load."

"My original stay was in August '23. This hotel is quite nice and convenient. View can be great if your room overlooks the strip. Indoor and outdoor pools are very nice. This is a typical Hampton Inn type hotel kicked up a notch. For example, I have included a couple of photos of the patio area out the back door. Sets a very casual and comfortable mood. No complaints of this facility at all. I will stay here again."

"The room was huge. The room had a really nice view. The beds were clean and comfy. It was a very nice stay. The room was quiet and easy to fall asleep in. The complimentary breakfast was basic but hot. The staff was very nice and kind."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We called ahead and requested a first floor room for my mother, who is traveling with us. We were able to get first floor room close to everything. Breakfast was fantastic with eggs, sausage, oatmeal, yogurts, and lots of selection Homemade waffles too. Shari Helped us with our Early check in, so we avoided the lines with my 90-year-old mother. The room was neat and clean, and the beds were fantastically comfortable. We had read some negative reviews and That we have nothing but fantastic things to say about our stay!!! It was also beautifully decorated for Christmas!! We will come again!!"

"Staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and other guests were not too rowdy. Our room had a fireplace which was nice after coming back from hiking and relaxing in the room. The hotel also has other fireplaces in public areas to relax. They have an indoor pool as well as outdoor pool so no matter the weather you have swimming options. Our two gripes were the overall price of the rooms were high for what you get and one of their elevators were broken so getting too and from your room was slow."
