Hotel LeBlanc BW Signature Collection 114 Pickel Street, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863

"I would like to start off first by saying it was not worth $328 for one night. Location is great. Check in went well. Room on the other hand was not what was expected. The bathroom was small I could barely move around in it (170lbs at 5'6). I went to take a shower. Omg. The floor towel was dirty. I reached for a wash cloth. The cloth literally had a hole in it and I did not know until I start to lavender with it. Then after I got out the shower the same wash cloth that I just has used had a black dirty ring on it. (See picture below). Now this is the kicker. You know when people are taking a bath or a dump. All you hear is the loud water pressure pipes and the toilet flushing. You hear people walking by your door talking. You hear the neighbors that's next to you. I kid you not we probably got 3 hours of sleep. The family next to us had a sick child. The child cough/bark all night. It kept waking us up. Now to be on the 4th floor. That was a lot going on. Then it sound like a big truck was outside loading or unloading something. All you could hear is the sound of the truck door. This was just a little too much for me. Something I have never experienced nor something I am use to. This is just my experience so try the hotel out for yourself. I know I was expecting a different experience than what I got for that price."

"Service was great, she was definitely short staffed. Unacceptable places need to raise pay for employees if they want to keep a place running. The noise and the stomping all night long. I even brought a noise machine. Kids screaming everywhere and the walls are paper thin. Room was cute. Towels and linens not acceptable for guest use. No duvet provided in the room and it was pretty cold out. But the fireplace was cute and functional. Only stayed one night for astra lumina at anakeesta which traffic at this time of the year is not worth it. 10 miles turned into 2 1/2 hours :( I much prefer something not in a busy city. I suppose it doesn't matter much since it's in a decent location for what others want to do, business isn't an issue but my god am I laying here at 1am wishing I could check out and leave."

"The room has a terrible odor and when I talked to the front desk they told me all they can do is clean the room. We came back to a very strong smell of pine-sol which was just as bad. The hotel was book so we had to deal with it. They told the manager would be in at 8 am and when I ask to speak to the manager they told she was in a meeting and would call be but never did. I eventually called best western corporate and they offered me a gift card but I have yet to see that either. Don’t stay here. The parking is terrible and the hotel is not as near as what they make it out to be. I wasn’t impressed and definitely would never pay that price again. Wires hanging out of light switches plus a plastics cover that kept falling down. Don’t stay here. We had a room with a walk in shower that wouldn’t stay on. Had to hold the button to get any water."

"This hotel stay for us was not a good experience. The room was nice but not GREAT. The location was good. The parking lot was not so great. A ‘pretty hotel’ doesn’t replace good & welcoming hospitality. The worse of it all was the HOSPITALITY. They seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered. We arrived early and there was no offer to TRY to accommodate us. When we did check in, I had an issue with the room. I talked to the girl at the front desk 10min later and she said they didn’t have any other rooms available…10 minutes after check in time! People were still coming in though. My request was ignored at least twice. The staff overall was definitely not welcoming or even friendly. It was definitely not worth the money we paid! This is not the BEST WESTERN experience we’re used to. We didn’t eat the breakfast but heard it wasn’t good. I will not suggest this hotel to anyone and do not plan to stay here again."

"The room were clean the first and second but the third was not clean the trash was not been taking out and when I was about to shower someone poop in our bathroom and they didn’t even flush it and the whole room had a bad smell. Then my wife went to the front desk to talk to the lady and she said she couldn’t change the room because it was fully booked instead she made us flush it twice and then she gave us a plunger. The parking look wasn’t big enough so we park beside in a abandoned place. Other then that the hotel view was pretty. There is a 50/50 that I would go back."
