"It's a great place to stay in Pigeon Forge!!! Friendly staff, free breakfast, and just a fun and uplifting overall feel. Perfect location directly across the street from "The Island" and in the heart of the fun. If that weren't enough, they have a rooftop (6th floor and you need a key card) with Foosball tables, chairs & lounge furniture, and a perfect view of all the surrounding lights and attractions. The gym is tiny, and a real business center is missing. But you don't come here to work out or to do work. You came to have fun, and this place delivers. This will be the only place I stay when I come to town."

"Totally great place to stay, centrally located. Had a mini fridge which is nice. The beds were weirdly uncomfortable but everything was super clean. The view from our room was actually really great."

"The location is great. We were in a room that had a lot of noise in the wall. It was almost like a dripping sound but louder. It would also sometimes gush. It was enough to wake us up multiple times during the night. We told the front desk and I don't feel that they took it seriously. We also cleaned the bathroom ourselves when we got there, there was urine on the floor at the toilet. It was pretty obvious that the floors were not cleaned before we checked in. I have higher expectations for a Hilton Hotel."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; from check-in in the evening (Casandra was incredibly helpful and thoughtful), to the clean rooms which had a very efficient AC unit. Cleanliness is key, as well as guest services! The lobby and front desk area is very modern, open spaces and there are plenty of creative spaces to sit, eat, and play. Conveniently located near the popular features of Pigeon Forge. At the elevators they provided up-to-date notices and info of local attractions and services We will stay here again"
