"My anniversary trip was a delight. The room was clean and warm. Fireplace beautiful. Hot tub outstandingly warm in the middle of February. Enjoyed the fire pit scene with the guitar serenade and the s'mores were a nice touch. Overall, great place to stay and you even got a discount on breakfast across the street. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend."

"Just got home from a 2 night stay at this hotel. We’ve been coming to the area for 12 years and can’t believe we have overlooked this hotel for so long. Front desk was very friendly and there’s snacks/drinks in the lobby 24/7. We booked a fireplace/jacuzzi king suite. It was incredibly clean and smelled amazing in the room. The fireplace was great, very hot water, and the beds were clean and comfy. We will definitely be back."

"Location is great!! Staff was wonderful!! Rooms were comfortable. We liked that we got a free breakfast at the restaurant across the street. Motel has a lot to offer their guests beyond a nice room to stay in. Snacks, campfire, free washer/dryer!! They really take care of their guests!"

"The Arbors in Pigeon Forge had everything we could ask for. The room was well appointed, meticulously clean, and accommodated our 2 chihuahuas. The outdoor pool and hot tub are open 24/7. My only regret is that I did not have a bath robe because it was exceptionally cold outside. The room had a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. There are refreshments (donuts, hot chocolate, coffee, cappuccino, fresh fruits, lemonade, and a large variety of teas) available 24/7. My absolute favorite feature was free laundry! The 2 washers and 2 dryers which are located on the 3rd floor are small; but FREE is wonderful. You must provide your own laundry detergent, softeners, etc. The room rate included a free pancake breakfast across the Parkway. For a mere $5.99 upgrade, you could enjoy the entire breakfast buffet! The Arbors is doing everything right! The location was perfect to easily walk over to The Island (which has free parking); but the walk was so easy, even with our dogs. The river walk free holiday light display was a lovely “bonus”"

"Great location. Easy, short walk to the island. Clean, updated rooms at a great price. Beautiful pool area with hot tub and heated pool open year round 24/7. So many good things to say! Wonderful place to stay! My one and only complaint is that there was no black out curtains. The blinds let in quite a bit of light even at night."
