"First the trash that builds up in the neighborhood is nasty this is why we have roaches and their not water bugs i know the difference. Secondly , the maintenance is one of the fewer things that have gotten better since new management but the trash is unacceptable also people are leave there trash bags at their door step which is not sanitary. Third the people in this neighborhood need to stop doing what they want follow the rules so we can all live our lives in peace. Lastly, the kids being out later has gotten a little better but most of the children in the neighborhood are elementary and middle school in the neighborhood playing later past 11:00pm on a weekday. Also music is played so loud in the day on there patios, in through car speaks and more so at night. This is inconsiderate to the other who live here. You may have new management and changed a couple of apartments around like the floors and kitchen tables but there still so much more to be worked on."
