"The comfort of the bed was great. The room looked nice and clean. The cleaning service was ok. It didn't appear to be a full clean though. It was more like a quick making of the bed and replacing bath towels. The location of the property seems to be in a not so great area for someone unfamiliar with the area. Police were using their bullhorn during a traffic stop that seemed to be outside the hotel our first night. The second night had people running up and down the stairs and being loud throughout the night. Over all though it was a decent stay. Especially the comfort of the bed and the appearance of the room. It would be nice if they had more than one USB charging port in the room though."

"This is a nice small place. The room was nice, clean, and small. The biggest issue was the breakfast and the layout of the breakfast items. Breakfast was very limited, very continental. But, there is a Cracker Barrel next door."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. We booked two nights this past weekend. Upon arrival we immediately got to our room & realized it looked nothing like the pictures onion. Paint chipping off of the walls, dirty, mold in the bathroom. Worn down beds (the mattresses were yellow in color they were so dirty) We immediately called the front desk & was told there was no manager on duty but the associate told us because we are unsatisfied we could check out and receive a full refund along with our deposit. We were told that the refund could take up to 7 business days & the deposit would be pending but drop off & we wouldn’t be charged We immediately booked a couple nights at the Marriott close by. Put our things back into our car & left. Fast forward to today I check my account and the deposit in face did NOT drop off but instead posted to my account. I called the hotel and asked to speak to a manager & was told a manager wouldn’t be available until THURSDAY !!!!!! i asked how that was possible, If anything went wrong or there was any issues how would it be resolved. He again told me to call back Thursday. As I grew more angry the gentlemen changed it up and told me to Call back in 30 mins!! So now the manager will magically appear in 30 mins ??? The experience was terrible ! I will go through my back to dispute the charge and I truly recommend no one stay there."

"Room was clean a comfortable. We had to leave at 5 for the airport. No breakfast until 6. Some muffins and coffee would have been nice."

"I was required to pay an extra $50 refundable deposit just in case we caused damage/theft! The missing iron from our room quickly explained the need for a deposit. Service was good. We were given a replacement iron, and they quickly sent maintenance when we discovered the hot water in the shower didn't work. Good points: Beautiful property; beautiful lobby; great service; nearby restaurants; good continental breakfast; comfortable beds. Bad points: Somewhat dim lighting around the property at night; we found 2 bugs in our room. Both near or in the bathroom; small beds; dirty ice machine; waffle iron was caked with stuck on waffle residue from previous use. I had to buy a waffle from a nearby Waffle House; difficult to get the hot water to work."
