"I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are talking about. We had a great experience living here for 2 years, and the move out process was easy. They didn't charge us anything we didn't already owe. The staff were always friendly and the neighborhood is safe and quiet, minus the kids, but I'd rather have kids in the neighborhood than crime. The only other thing is the amount of people who crowd the entrance when the kids get out of school, but you can't really avoid that. The walls aren't super thin like other places I've lived, and the amount of space you get for the price is good. Good location. If you're looking to rent, I'd recommend it."

"I have lived here 3 year now. I would first and foremost want to say Gina, Cheryl, and Lindsey are some of the best at helping you pick out your future apartment! They are always on top of every request and need I might have! The property manager, Mike is always very understanding if I have an issue and is always quick to help me resolve it! The maintenance staff is incredible and very efficient. When I put a work order in, they are there the day of to fix the problem! I love living here at Tradition Apartments! Reviews are very subjective and Mike is a very fair property manager."

"Apartments are nice and the neighborhood seems to be pretty good thus far. The ladies in the front office are a pleasure to work with as well. I worked with Cheryl and she made the whole process easy from beginning to end. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking to rent."

"The layouts are decent but the building is very old and it shows. Also staff (especially Cheryl) are very rude and difficult to work with. They will ignore calls, not address concerns unless an emergency occurs, and make sure to try to overcharge you once your lease ends (random costs begin to surface). Also, their trash and recycle areas are always disgusting- looks and smells like a landfill on most days. They are constantly people walking in the street and kids playing with their toys in the street; there are no sidewalks and I've personally witnessed many close calls with cars. Don't forget the huge road bumps that will make sure your car's suspension gets worked. Go elsewhere if you want a home."

"I have lived at The Tradition almost 4 years. I must say the management team, the office staff & the maintenance staff are Outstanding. Any time I have a repair or maintenance issue, it is addressed immediately. If I have to speak to the Property Manager, my issues are again addressed respectfully and immediately. I love living here and I do like the diversity of the community. The maintenance staff ensures the community is clean, well maintained and they are always pleasant and efficient. This is a safe, quiet, clean community to reside in."
