Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Charlotte Airport Conference Center

"What a disappointment! As soon as I entered the room, it just wasn't up to par, like that Ramada experience in India. And to make matters worse, l totally forgot my expensive Forrest Essential Facewash. The next morning, I called the hotel, hoping they could help, but they told me they had already thrown it away. I was so upset about it. It's such a bummer when something valuable gets lost like that. Even the Wi-Fi was really bad too"

"You get what you pay for. Relatively clean, but that's about it. Waited at airport over an hour for shuttle that supposedly runs every half hour. Very slow check in as there was only 1 clerk for both Clarion and Ramada. No chairs at all in the room. TV didn't work."

"Absolutely the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. Filthiest place I have ever been. Young man at the counter gave me a hard time. Mold on ceiling, everything dirty would not even get in the bed. Never been to a place this bad. Then charge my card and then get there and get charged again. I think members should have a much better experience and room. I have pictures as well. Left a bad taste and will never use a Ramada again. I would not even give this a 1 star and think I should be reimbursed."

"This place is a cess pool. We flew in late and were so exhausted that we didn't leave when cops came into the lobby and arrested someone that was there while we were checking in. We should have got out then. Didn't realize that there were roaches all over the bathroom until the next day. Stains on the bed. No sheet to separate you from what definitely wasn't a fresh comforter. Carpets throughout the halls all beached out. Ran into another clearly uncomfortable couple also from out of state that made the same mistake we'd made booking here. Looking at hotel options in Charlotte, this place looks like a good value reviews vs. price. IT'S NOT. It's cheap because it's a crack den. Stay away."

"I have the room 4 Star only cause it needs a little upgrade other than that my room was super clean no bugs as other people have said. I really enjoyed my stay also great price. Staff very friendly. Will definitely stay again hey Balling on a buget..."
