"Good location for what we were here for. I believe the front desks lady was Elizabeth that checked us in.. She was super friendly and patient! She recommended us where we ate dinner ! She had taken a phone call of a guests’ card not going through for payment… you could tell the people on the other end of the line weren’t being very nice though she remained professional and nice to them in trying to help them and work towards a resolution. The rooms was clean!"

"If I could give this hotel a zero I would. I had the worst stay I’ve ever had. There was a fire on the first floor my first night. I was on the second floor in a handicap room with my service dog and my husband who is hearing impaired. Not one person from the hotel or the fire department came to check on us. The desk clerk was new and had no training on a fire in the building. It was 1 am in the morning. The elevators shut down and no one came to help us get out of the building. Not one fireman came to our aid. I was loaned a broken wheelchair that collapsed on me twice. The desk person showed no concern and never offered help. When we checked out the new desk person could not print a receipt. Of course we were overcharged! It was her second day and apparently was left alone with no training. I just spoke to Kat who said she was the general manager and she has no training on how to handle serious issues. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE STAY AT THIS HOTEL!"

"We have been staying in many hotels lately and stayed one night here. The facility itself was very nice and clean. It's funny though for the price half of the "amenities" declared when we booked weren't available. They didn't have breakfast, the fitness center and laundry weren't open when we were there. In comparison to all the other hotels we stayed at it wasn't worth the cost per night. The staff wasn't rude or unfriendly but compared to what we have encountered all over they were by far not warm or welcoming and seemed annoyed to be dealing with us."

"Property meets brand standards. This one is nice as it shares a parking lot with several casual eateries and a supermarket. Room and lobby was clean, breakfast included, wifi, updated furniture and interior design in line with typical HIE properties. Pool and fitness center if needed. Overall a good value."

"They are out of everything. No breakfast, no tissues, no washcloths, no half and half. We stayed here Thanksgiving week and the entire week was being told they didn’t have something or it had been ordered but not received yet. Rooms were okay, some outlets didn’t work and some things were about to fall off the wall. Staff was friendly. Would never stay here again. We had to go to the store to buy microwaveable breakfast for the whole week…what an uncomfortable way to spend Thanksgiving week hundreds of miles from your home having to buy your own supplies to stay at a hotel."
