"These reviews are lies! We've been through 3 different landlords in less than a decade. The number on Google is completely wrong, that's the same old number from the last property manager we had. The new landlord is doing rush jobs on the apartments, so most of them are half done.. nothing is fully renovated. This place was barely worth it to pay $1000 for a 2 bd 1 ba, but now y'all wanna charge $1400???"
"I am the owner of Royal Coating LLC and I was vendor. I still have not received payment for a job I did on June 12 2020. I was told that the property was under new management and all invoices were under review. I have sent emails, invoice reminders and called the property manager on many occasions with no response. This is bad business. If you are a vendor do not do any work for the Block Apartments because they will eventually stop paying you. If I could give them 0 stars I would."
