Biscayne Apartments

"just moved in like 3 months ago, first someone throws food and drinks on our car. then they break in!! mind you it’s a 60,000$ car. that’s crazy right? they tried stealing our car out the parking lot that ain’t got no cameras, no security, nothing. office said last month they was putting cameras in for this exact reason and still have not. don’t suggest moving here. nice place but not nice area or people. and the office don’t answer when you call or leave messages. here’s the pictures, busted the window and broke the dash apart to try to rewire it."

"Apartments ok but keeps getting new management and price continously goes up. The apartments are not worth the money, people sleep outside , trash everywhere, management doesn't communicate. For people saying it's a great place don't believe that. Yes it use to be when I moved here eight years ago. Find another place it's not worth it rent is now more than $1200."

"Just wanted to share that the management team here is really amazing! Though I didn’t choose Biscanye to move into when I was planning my move to Charlotte from Savannah , they were super helpful. Sarah went out her way to answer all of my questions, show me my potential unit, and just really put my mind at ease. I had no clue about Charlotte and she really filled me in on everything! I didn’t choose the property due to proximity to my job location when it was finally assigned, but I wish they would have been closer! Definitely Reach out!"

"I wish I could rate it a zero. But that’s not possible in this situation unfortunately. Worst place to live. Ever. I received calls from the PM incessantly due to neighbors below me complaining nonstop for just walking around my apartment. So harassment, is fine. But when my ac unit is broken since December with 4 repair requests, radio silence. I’ve left 2 voicemails and sent an email. I can’t seem to hear back. This is affecting my job since sleeping in 90 degrees is awfully difficult. If you want an extra headache then by all means, this is the place. Today it’s 83 degrees in my apartment and rising."

"I have been living here since the beginning of this year. I love it so far! the apartments are very spacious, the community is quiet, and we are 15 minutes away from EVERYTHING. I can get to University City, Uptown, Pineville, East Charlotte and the airport in less than 20 minutes. Maintenance is very quick. The manager, Nichole, is amazing! Very courteous and answers questions quickly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the appliances are a little outdated and sometimes parking is rough but other than that I would highly recommend this community."
