"I lived in the aurora almost 3 years never asked them to fix or do anything in my unit. But when my dad passed away I got behind on some things instead of working with me I felt as if they worked against me if you can deal with rude maintenance unprofessional management then this is the perfect place for you! I absolutely loved my apartment and I’m extremely crushed to be leaving but there is always something better out there!"

"Well, I don't see anything other than the gym and pool being new dog poops is everywhere. Nothing works inside the apartments. They never fix anything they simply close the ticket. Apartments are dirty when you move in. Whatever you do don't move here. Microwave broken shower broken oven broken holes in wall left over dryers from previous tenant. Did I mention the dog poop."

"Where do I begin. They lied to my partner to get him in. They knew about drastic aesthetic changes before he signed. The same aesthetics they sold him on and sealed the deal for him -they are now changing. So now WITH A 2 day NOTICE HALF OF the APARTMENT WILL BE OPEN FOR 3-5 days. He wasn't allowed to see his promised apt prior to moving day because they said- although empty they were cleaning a bit -but was assured it was the same style of viewing. Come move in day- it was not. When he complained that it was nothing of what he wanted- they proceeded to show him other apts that weren’t ready. ( thought they couldn’t do that) because he drove over 6 hours he decided to settle in the original one because at least it had the open glass doors. Which Now they are changing! Broken doors, mailbox keys that don’t work, threatening to tow due to tags being a month out, CAR BREAK INS, peeling tub, lied about a dog park ( a dog park is an enclosed space) no fitness center and had to fight to get the promised money off for the rent special - spare yourself the damn headache."

"I was hesitant to move here when I read some reviews, but I didn’t think it could be that bad.. right? Wrong. The property management couldn’t care less about their residents.. lived with a broken washing machine for 2 months before they even reached out about my concern. They do not communicate or let us know when they are changing locks and doing maintenance. My heat also has not worked and it’s winter now.. I was told they are short staffed and I get that, but ignoring our concerns and problems is not ok or professional. There is also lots of car break ins and stealing of cars from our parking lots. Consider all your options before you decide on Aurora. I’m not one to complain but ohh man, I would break my lease if I wouldn’t get charged."

"Every year the rent goes up yet nothing changes with the quality of living. The units are old property they put a spit shine on and called it gentrification. Don’t get me started on the leasing office. It’s like the blind leading the blind in there . But they are nice people and do their best with what they’ve got. For the location, amenities and price you get what you pay for. Decent starter home for someone needing something quick."
