"Nice apartment however I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER! Crystal Scearce, the property manager, has an unfortunate tendency to engage in racial profiling towards the residents. She prides herself on being familiar with all the residents and believes that, as the property manager, she has the right to stop and question anyone she pleases about their identity. Even when we provided our names and apartment numbers, she persisted in harassing us and even went so far as to involve the police. After the incident we spoke with called corporate (still no response) and the regional manager. When speaking with the regional manager Kimberly Mall she brushed off the entire incident with no regard whatsoever. I wouldn’t recommend this place until the staff here has some diversity training."

"Zack was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and let me come back to see different apartments. The application process was very quick and straight forward. I ended up having an issue with the outlets and the technician was out and had the problem fixed the same day. I would definitely recommend this complex based on the leasing agents alone but the service and help from everyone is 5/5."

"Amazing staff, all of whom are super friendly and eager to help with questions or concerns. The neighborhood is just as beautiful, and very friendly members! It really makes you feel safe and protected here, they care so much about the residents! Zack gave us a walk through of some properties and features of the community and Crystal was such a help with all my questions. Got to be there on food truck day so that was an added bonus!"

"I've been a resident at Madison Farms for over a year now, and I must say that my overall experience here has been quite enjoyable. However, my primary concern has been the responsiveness of the management and maintenance teams, which often takes longer than expected to address calls, emails, and requests. If you encounter a similar situation, I recommend visiting the leasing office in person to discuss your concerns with management directly. Doing so has proven effective in promptly resolving any issues I've encountered during my time as a resident."
