"I came a few weeks ago to visit my cousin and we witnessed who I believe to be the manager of the establishment making a drug deal in the complex. In my time being there I spoke with a few people that stay in the community and they have expressed a numerous amount of other concerns with the exact same manager along the lines of money being stolen and it seems everyone is too afraid to say anything with the fear of being evicted. I believe that upper management needs to come on the property and do some investigating but that’s just me."

"Where do I even start… there were multiple issues me and a (friend) had upon moving in that we submitted maintenance requests for, only for the requests to be marked closed without any sort of fix or even addressing the issue at all. Management did not care about issues we had with roommates smoking, stealing personal property, using our dishes/food without asking, or allowing sketchy guests to stay for ridiculously long periods of time and roam the apartment/common spaces and rummage through our stuff unattended… this place is the absolute worst and I would not recommend it to anybody ever. I knew the first day I moved in I would not be renewing my lease."

"The manger is rude as hell, the matinace staff is unprofessional and are constantly smoking around the complex, the people living here are ghetto criminals who will steal from you and damage your car. Every unit has mold, the internet doesnt work. This is an extreamly unsafe place to live. There are no cameras in the complex to monitor break-ins that happen almost every weekend to cars. Theres one seurity person in a beat up ratty car that has to work between both the Mill and the Union because they wont pay to keep us safe. The stairwells are absolutly digusting. If you are planning to go to uncc i highly recommend you stay somwhere far away from the university. Anwhere around campus is a safety concern."

"This apartment complex is the most unprofessional complex I have ever dealt with! For starters, they NEVER answer the phone! You can call as soon as they open and they will not answer. Maintenance request are never completed and if they are, it's a very poor fix. The AC in my apartment was broken for 2 weeks, making it hot as you know what in there and after about a week of complaining, they gave us a portable AC unit that barely cooled off the apartment! Upon move in, my room was not clean, did not have a desk chair and there was trash all over the floor. I basically had to do a full clean before I moved any of my stuff in there! The wi-fi sucks, parking is just as worse. Trash everywhere outside and it's always noisy. I totally regret signing a lease and will be leaving as soon as my lease is up! STAY AWAY!"

"This is the most unprofessional place I have ever came encountered with. The people in the office do not care about their tenants and show no respect for them. DO NOT LIVE HERE. THERE IS MOLD. They do not fulfill maintenance requests in a timely manner. They do just come in to your apartment with no warning and do random request that you did not ask for. RUNN DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY"
