"Apartments are ok. Very old. Everything is outdated and old. The sliding back doors in most units need to be fully replaced. They allow lots of bugs in. The laundry room is terrible. Better off driving to a laundry mat. Its a get what you pay for situation."

"Apartments are ok. My biggest issue were roaches. I had a huge problem when I moved in and had to request an exterminator to come every week. Once my neighbors moved out, the roaches got better but NEVER fully went away. These apartments are very old and more then likely if your neighbors have any bugs, you will have them as well. I loved the location and the price was very affordable when I moved in, in 2012 I think. Nicolle was my leasing agent and showed me the apartment. After I moved in, Nicolle helped me with every issue/complaint I had. She is very friendly, professional and helpful. She was one of the reasons I stayed at this apartment as long as I did. Thank you Nicolle for all of your help and everything you did to solve any issues I had while I stayed at Cedar Green."

"I am John Garcia. I Have been a resident here for 5 years on 430-C. The only complain I have is the Air Conditioner. I placed several work order but it still do not function as it could. Other than that I do not have any complain. Before I was a resident here I moved around a lot after lease where over, due to maintenance problems with the office and as well overpaid for so little of it’s worth. But here at English Garden Apartments I have feel the most comfortable place to stay. The staff from the office specially Claudia the manager are great Ladies that do there best to assist and the maintenance group actually know what they are doing."

"I lived in Cedar Greens for three years and everyone was always nice to me. The maintenance people were always nice, fixed stuff when needed and I never had any major issues, and no bug problem either. You know a lot of the people that lived there weren't very clean, and then they go complaining. They fumigated regularly, so I don't think it was the apartment complex that was the problem, and I have never met a nicer and more efficient manager, who goes out of her way to get things done, than Nicolle. Some people are just going to complain no matter what."
