Courtyard Apartments

"This place is horrible they are slum lords me and my mom rented through the courtyard apartments for a year the property manager Evelyn is unprofessional and faultless. We never payed our rent late never had any violations of the lease. We told them about the infestation of mice and mold in the unit we payed for someone to come and check the unit once we discovered that it was actually mold in the unit we stayed at a hotel. we both suffered from hair loss and eye complications as well as upper respiratory problems. Everything In the Unit was patched up from day one we were just happy to have somewhere to call home that we overlooked a lot of things. they took took us to court agreed to let us out the lease and still put the remaining charges on our credit and staged it as if we were being charged for the condition of the unit treated us as prisoners there was no sympathy for the well being and or health of her tenants at all we were lied to and treated like we were criminals !!!"

"This place is the worst! The property manager she is the worst. My apartment had black mold that they refused to fix the problem. It got so bad with the moisture behind my cabinets that was causing the mold I had snails literally on top of my kitchen counter. I had to move the mold was making us sick. I wouldn't advise anyone to move here. Horrible!!!!"

"Best kept secret in Charlotte. The office staff is always friendly, especially Ms. Dawn. Anytime I have questions or an issue she's on top of it. This is an awesome place to live."

"I have lived here for 4 years. When I first moved here it was ok..But now its GHETTO and I am so ready to move. The trash is always over flowing and we do pay for trash monthly. The units are big. But they are old and outdated. And not worth the money. WATER BUGS and other insects are a problem! The windows are old and terrible and air seep in all year long. The upstair does not have proper AC vents. Its always hot upstairs in the summer months.The bay window leak when it rain. This problem ocurred in summer of 2018 and is still not fixed. The uhaul truck stay in the parking lot..People are trying to get away from here. In the summer there is ppl hanging out all night in the parking lot. The mangement keeps changing from one company to another. And they keep changing maintience men. So dont waste ur time..its a DUMP!"

"Sadly what everyone else is saying. Management don’t care. Glad the wall finally fix after a year and stuff was getting taking from my backyard. Kids couldn’t have fun with a basketball goal. Maintenance man rarely showed. After moving out they taxed me a lot after keeping my deposit!!"
