"This has to be one of the worst management i have ever experienced, it’s not just the ongoing issues of neighbors above and below me not letting a family get any rest. on top of that is the neglect of even a phone call or response to any message. this is pathetic and unacceptable, currently have a lease and will be looking to break the contract as soon as possible. i would not recommend anyone that wants a peaceful community and straight communication between property managers and tenants. they give you a number to a courtesy officer that won’t return your calls as well as have someone named Taylor just brush off your concerns. my current living situation is not livable as someone who will soon need sleep due to expecting of a child as well as working 3rd shift. i dare them to tell me to contact a 3rd party group to talk about my concerns, the property management needs to be fired immediately"
"I have had a wonderful experience with my move in process. Ms.Lauren has been the best with my transition. The complex is well kept. The neighborhood is within walking distance to Walmart, which is a plus for me."
"I have been a resident at Pavilion Village for a few months, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently marred by inadequate communication from the office personnel. From the beginning, there have been recurrent issues with timely responses to queries and concerns, making it challenging to feel heard as a tenant. I sincerely hope that office personnel improve their communication practices to foster a more responsive and tenant-friendly environment. Clear and timely communication is crucial in maintaining a harmonious living experience for all residents, and I believe addressing this issue will significantly enhance the overall quality of life. I hope this feedback will contribute to the enhancement of the living experience for current and future residents. All I’m asking is that you COMMUNICATE. I have expressed this one too many times with them. Not a happy tenant !"
"Everything has been great so far. Just moved in a couple of weeks ago. The community is pretty quiet, neighbors are respectful. The only thing I’d like to see improvement on is the gate being fixed for added security, and the gym weight room equipment being updated. Half of the machines in there don’t work/adjust. But other than that, beautiful experience so far!"
"After living here for about 2 years, I’m happy to be moving soon. If certain things were kept up like they should be, I would feel like the rent would be worth it because the apartments are not bad at all but it’s definitely not worth what you’re paying for. It took me getting out of character to have my AC fixed as well as the electrical in my apartment because I couldn't have more than 3 lights on and maybe the stove on before my power would just shut off. I kept being told I have too many things running and to just flip the breaker. I know I’ve flipped the breaker at least 10 times since living here. This was recently just fixed(maybe). The gate is never working. I decided to write this review today because I actually just tried to exit the complex and the gate wouldn't open for me to leave. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me and luckily this time the entrance gate was open for me to go through even though this is still unsafe. When the apartment across from me moved out there was trash left for about 2 weeks that was ignored and brought several gnats into my apartment. There were maggots in the trash. Again, it wasn't until I made a phone call that the trash was removed even though valet trash comes through every day. The only 2 Pros that have been consistent - office staff is nice & the pool is nice."
