"We absolutely love our townhome at Pinehurst! The homes are charming and the community is nestled in the absolute best location. We love being five minutes from South Park and also being able to walk across the street for groceries at fresh market or dinner at Superica. The leasing & maintenance teams are very communicative, friendly, and great at addressing questions & work orders in a timely manner. We will be renewing our lease for sure!"

"Staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is responsive and excellent. Safe community in a great area. Pests are an issue in apartments but maintenance responds to this problem immediately. Nearby construction harms the appeal of the property aesthetically. It's reasonably priced for what you get and the staff and maintenance people are terrific, which adds bang for the extra bucks."
