"I had to put a star to write this comment because it is one of the worst experiences for me, my family and my young children. We always suffered from abuse. We stayed in the winter without heating for more than a month and there are a lot of cockroaches and bad bathrooms in the apartments. It was very bad. However, they made me pay money for the violation of the swimming pool and sprinkles of cockroaches. Even when I left, they still send the violations to me. I have been for more than a year. I left and a month ago, they sent me a violation of 86 dollars, and if I do not pay it, they will register on my credit that I am not good until I rent anywhere else and when you think, but leave, they follow me to pay them. It is one of the worst experiences for me and my children."

"Honestly I was going to give it a little longer before I did a review but the management has been the best I’ve experienced in my 8 years of renting. Extremely respectful and warm for my application process and move in. I had a few issues when I moved in and they assessed the issues immediately. The apartment unit is brand new (newly renovated) and also very spacious for the price. The complex has a pond in the front which is a perfect breeding ground for palmetto bugs. So there are a ton of those big cockroaches outside at night and sometimes they make their way into the apartment even though they do pest control. There’s a pool and soccer field that is really nice but a lot of people that don’t live here come to play soccer and they leave tons of trash out. I think the property maintenance crew could do a better job with the property maintenance regarding the grass edging and trash pickup. Also the entrance is very messed up and there’s sink holes that will mess your tires up. Sonya is the woman in the office that helped me get set up and she’s the one who will answer the phone when you call. She is superb and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are fully satisfied and I really appreciate that. I would give 5 stars but the roads need to be fixed, the bugs and the overall maintenance needs attention. Other than that, awesome spot so far for me!"

"Great place , nice people. Sonja , Shannon, and all the beautiful office ladies were very helpful with moving me in. I had a very small issue on my move-in day, and they resolved the issue and gave me a credit for part of my first month. Also , ignore the reviews about bugs/rats in the apartments , I’ve been here for almost a month and haven’t had an issue. Just keep your place clean and you won’t have that. This is my first apartment and they have been very Kind & helpful so far ."

"I don't leave reviews, but this time I felt the need to do it. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We rented the facility for a birthday celebration; the person who talked to me was not the manager. There is a $550 deposit and the $1000 to rent the place, and as long as you leave the area the way you find it, the deposit should be returned to you. On the day of the party, the AC wasn't working. We tried asking for help, and they wouldn't do anything. We were told to leave the doors open. There was no one we could communicate with. We left the facility clean. When we went and picked up the deposit, the manager sent the assistant manager to give us the deposit because the manager was busy. I told the assistant manager that there was only $400 from the deposit and that the AC wasn't working; she said that someone was supposed to come to fix then the manager came out of her office and told us that she had said to me that she was going only to return $400 when I haven't even spoken to her about the deposit. So she can't say she told me she would return $400 when she hasn't even talked to me. She said there was a cleaning fee, yet we left the place the same way they gave it to us. We tried to tell her all the issues with AC, and she wouldn't listen to us; all she did was go back to her office and shut the door when we were talking to her. She couldn't even stay and listen to us. Worst facility to rent, and the management is awful."
