"This is the worst place to live. Don’t listen to the 5 star reviews they are done to get people to do giveaways. Now, I want to bring attention to the fact that the people in the office will hang up on you after you are bringing up an issue in their system. I was calling, someone, about my car being in the system and I have been paying for my car fees. Then, she hung up on me and I kept calling them and they did not respond. This place has gotten a car STOLEN. They did not care for that person and tried to make it seem like it wasn’t a big deal. This places is COVERED in FECES. There’s many hidden fees and the staff are horrible. The only good staff here are the janitors because they are chill. DON’T LEASE WITH EAST VILLAGE. NOT EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO!"

"A year ago I was going to be moving here but after seeing this place on the local news I backed out of it. When I backed out of the lease months before the move in date, I received no contact from anyone in the office. I was then blocked on all of the social media just like many others. After many months of no contact, I then noticed a new collections bill on my credit score with a derogatory remark for 149.00. Which means this apartment complex took revenge and sent a small bill to a collections agency called Southern Management Systems instead of just telling me that there was a bill for 149 dollars. Now I have gone through the process of filing a complaint with Transunion and Equifax to resolve a small bill. My next step is the BBB and after speaking with a civil claims attorney the final step with be a law suit against East Village. Messing up a persons credit score over 149 dollars that I would've just paid if I would've been told about it is unethical. I look forward to the complaint and legal process against east village because my attorneys are very very good."

"I've thoroughly enjoyed my time living here. It would greatly enhance the experience if the butterflyMX machines by the main door could be fixed promptly. This would ensure that we can facilitate timely access for guests or food deliveries such as DoorDash. Additionally, it would be fantastic to have a weighted bench press and a free squat rack available. This would eliminate the need for external gym memberships, saving both time and effort. Your consideration in addressing these matters would be highly appreciated."

"I had the worst time living at East Village. I don't know where to begin. First of all, they say it's only for students but that's not true. There are trash and animal feces every where specially on the parking lot and upper floors since they mostly cared about keeping the first floor and the leasing office area clean. The fire alarms could go off at any time and it was really annoying. Some of the staff were really unprofessional and didn't even know what was going on. There are many apartments in this complex and this requires more staff and much more manpower for it to function properly. I lived on the first floor and had mice in my apartment couple of times even though I kept it as clean as possible. The area near this place was not friendly at all and felt unsafe. Although, There were some good things about this place which I'm going to mention: the apartments and it's appliances were brand new and acceptable (this place was recently built), the gym area was good, clean with enough machines and weights and, the maintenance team were also good. Overall, I don't recommend living here at all unless you really have to."

"Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in my life. Trash and animal feces everywhere 24/7 that nobody cleans up for days at a time. It’s always somebody getting their car broken into or stolen. The walls are paper thin so you can hear every single sound going on outside 24/7. They have 1000 different ridiculous fees and rules. The fire alarms are deafening and they literally go off for no reason at all times of night. The parking garage is TERRIBLE!!! Parking spaces are so tiny to the point you can’t open your car door without hitting another car. I’ve had my mirror broken and my car scratched/keyed multiple times!! The apartment was okay but just an overall terrible experience. Office staff is so unprofessional and they never answer the phone, habitual liars also. 10/10 don’t recommend, please find somewhere else to live."
