"The management Dokota is a liar and they are giving out all these short notices for changes to the property pertaining to your car and it’s extreme. “Your car can’t be this way or that way” and if so your vehicle will be towed. This should have addressed months and months in advanced not in a few weeks!! Margaret would never let that happened because she was understanding and knew people already had a lot of their plate. These apartments are in the hood not some luxury apartments downtown Charlotte. If you have things on your balcony they will try to charge you a fee ect ect it’s extreme situations like this. Why would I park my car in visitors parking space when I live here and I pay you over $1200 in rent? They treat you like they run you and it’s not mutual respect. This new lady has it all screwed up! RUN if you don’t have time for all these problems. It’s always something new."

"Margaret(previous manager), Sharoll and Dakota all are pretty good people. It's a decent location. The new Maintenance crew/person is amazing, work orders get done quickly and they leave notes, therefore you won't be left in the unknown of your Maintenance status. I Would recommend."
