"Me and room mate were initially excited to move into these apartment they were nice and the leasing office was very friendly. Before a full was up after moving we started seeing roaches and have been seeing them ever since we moved in. We had to email multiple times for them to spray our apartment. Then my roommates bath tub drain was clogged up and it took them three weeks to come fix it and they kept marking it off as completed. And now they have increased our rent and we are almost paying 1500 dollars now for all of this. we are literally on the east side of Charlotte for what we paying we could’ve been on the south side for that and got our moneys worth. And your rent is not to be increased until the renewal of your next lease. I’m honestly disappointed and I’m ready for my lease to be up."

"I try to never leave horrible reviews. But after traveling for work and staying in multiple apartments across the US, this has been the worst living situation so far. You will never be able to get in contact with anybody from the leasing office. You will have to call and email at least 5 times for any type of response. Maintenance may never come and fix issues you have encountered but mark them as “complete” anyways. At one point after my apartment and furniture suffering extensive water damage due to fault of the apartment complex, maintenance even broke my deadlock and then told me I would have to buy a new deadlock for them to install. There is no accountability at this apartment complex at all. They do not care about their tenants, only the check that comes to them every month. They even put the wrong notes for tenants getting evicted on my door multiple times even after calling and emailing the leasing office. This place is severely unprofessional and they will not do anything for you once you sign that piece of paper. If you decide to stay here, good luck, because you will in fact need it."

"Great community and great Office management. I love the people from the management, Crystal, to name one. She has been an exceptional help since the day we planned to move in and it has been almost a year now that she has been going above and beyond to assist the current and future residents. Maintenance personnel are also very responsive and great at what they do. Round the clock security is also a highly appreciative feature of KimmerlyGlenn community. Neighbors are nice, parking is not an issue either for residents or their guests. I just love to be here. ❤"
