MAA South Park

"Definitely the best MAA I've been at so far. The location is great, the apartment is spacious and well laid out. The people that work and live here are very nice so far. While the apartments themselves feel a bit older than the others around, it isn't a detriment to my living here at all. Hoping to stay here for a few years!"

"The apartments are a bit older but the area is nice and they are in pretty good shape for the price. Unfortunately, construction started happening in the shops below us and the noise made it unlivable. They made us pay over $3,000 just to get out of our lease not including notice. That’s not abnormal, but when you go months of constant hammering and drilling directly beneath you in your building, you would think they’d be more understanding. The noise consistency and level is to the point to where my coworkers complain about it when I’m on calls and it’s stressed my dog out to the point of giving her seizures. They didn’t care. There was “nothing they could do”. You could start by not penalizing me when I already have to pay to move again just to be in a livable situation. I’d stay away from MAA."

"I just moved from one apartment into another at MAA South Park. An apartment that better fit my needs became available and I did not want to leave the community. The front office staff, Jenifer, Madison and Donna made the administrative part of my move a breeze! Upon my move into the new unit, I provided them with a move-in checklist which included the number of items that needed attention - mostly cosmetic. Within a couple of hours, Willy and Sham from the maintenance team were at my apartment. As always, they were nothing short of amazing! They addressed every issue within an hour. I’m so glad that I was able to remain in a community that takes such good care of its residents. Five stars across-the-board!"

"This community is awesome plain and simple. They are very responsive and super supportive to whatever you may need. The amenities are always kept so clean and never had any issues in my apartment. I'd highly recommend this complex!!"

"Nice units, great pool, great workout room, and friendly community desk. Great location in Phillips place. Main critique is that residents could not handle the recycle area (I.e dropping off couches, leaving full loads outside the bins) and management decided to stop recycling altogether. They have also made errors twice with parking—towing my car despite the guest pass and towing my father’s car despite his having paid for the pass and put the sticker on. The contract is alarming—it’s an absurdly high amount per nail hole, general wear and tear. I don’t know how they enforce this but it was a shocking to read. Highly recommend if you like Phillips place shopping center and/or you work near Southpark, which is a 5 minute drive."
