She showed us apartments here and also at the other property (close to the woodlands) giving us options to find the right place to live. If they had bigger floor plans we would've love live there!"

"If you're like me, Finding your new potential home, you want to find not only affordable living, you also want to have a well maintained, and safe environment. In Charlotte those three conditions aren't the easiest. Due to rising rent, new developments, etc. So when I was looking for my new place I was on the hunt. I came across Woodlands it was close to the job. It was affordable so I started looking at the reviews and was a little worried at first glance. Then I realized the comments I was looking at were older. So I kept reading and seen comments thanking and commending the new management on the positive changes in the neighborhood. So I went and checked it out. I then had the pleasure of meeting the most amazing sweetest woman. Tatiana Balaguer manager not only of one but two apartment communities. She went out of her way to meet up with me because my work schedule was conflicting to the hours of the office. She then proceeded to help me through the entire process. Not knowing much about getting a place. For the first time I'm feeling that someone is actually taking the time to help me. So here we are 6 months later. I'm in this wonderful apartment. I've made quite a few new friends because all of the neighbors are nice and quite. The complex is clean they have pest control come out. It is a very nice place to live. I want to take the rest of this review to again thank Tatiana for the amazing assistance and wonderful opportunity to live in this amazing community."

"Great improvements have been done since Tatiana and her team have taken over. Majority of maintenance requests handled within 24-48 max unless emergency, then within 30 mins. to 1 hour. Neighborhood has gotten better and community is more diverse."
