So now debt collectors are calling harassing me and sending invoices that I owe $5400 on back rent, How??? when I gave in my keys even seen they painted my old apartment so how you not know I moved out!! it’s not my fault the old management didn’t write down I moved out…"

"We moved to this community a few months ago, and I must say it has been exceptional. Since the moment we toured the property, we knew we wanted to call The Avalon Apartments home. The ladies working at the front office were courteous and professional from the moment we walked in. We were given a tour by the property manager, and she ensured all our questions were answered in order to start the application process. We loved the fact that this is a pet-friendly property and the beautiful amenities it offers, including a pet spa amenity. How amazing! Since moving here, we have enjoyed our time here. Hands down to the maintenance team; they have been excellent and fast-responsive to our requests. It’s nice seeing them greet me in the morning before I head to work."

"One of the sorriest set of leasing members and staff I recently went a week no heat took me taking off and having to sit in the leasing office for them to fix it the property manager is rude the property is nasty one dumpster for a complex this size is crazy it’s over flowing just all around a no you can call the office , email , leave voicemails they don’t return calls , i had been waiting since 12/19 for a work order to be completed have called to follow up and still nothing you pay for amenities that you can't use cause they're only open during leasing hours the pool was open for a total of 9 days this summer max"

"Like area, but to much goes on . Shooting all the time,cars has been broken in. Property can do better with the grounds and pressure wash of buildings need to be done. Never no where to park where you pay rent .people buying cars and do not live over in the neighborhood and leave cars parked for days..Management is not trying to do anything about it. Can be a nice place to live,Property management has to do better."

"TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. They don’t keep up with the place. HUGE spiders and spider webs everywhere. The trash area makes the place look so dirty. Looks like the city hasn’t came in weeks because it’s so packed all the time. Expect to see roaches no matter how clean your place is. Was only there a year and management changed 3 times. So imagine having to explain things to new people all the time about your place or agreements you had with the past employees in the office. ANNOYING! The new manager Frances is SO RUDE! She talks over you and always has an attitude like she doesn’t like her job. Told me “I don’t care about what you have to say.” I wish they’d get rid of her. This place isn’t worth the price at all. It’s cheap and just needs to be torn down. “Renovated” apartments are just hard wood floor. Horrible paint job. The painted over the wall outlets. Even the man from spectrum who came to hook up my wifi said it was a cheap horrible job. “Master bedroom” toilet was so little it looked like it was for a toddler potty training. Gym is only open during office hours meaning it closes at 5:30 when everybody is getting off. The ONLY thing good about this place is the maintenance man! I hope he gets paid more than everyone because he comes and gets things done. It’s not his fault everything is cheap inside of these apartments. I mean it when i say I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYBODY. So happy I left and got an apartment JUST BUILT! Im the first one to move in and my rent is still cheaper than what I paid at this dump."
