"Misleading staff I applied December and had gotten approved. I had to cancel my application due to personal reason. Wishing two weeks I reapplied and I told them everytime I applied I have an eviction that was paid off. The lady Spoke with told me that was fine to send proof. The second time I was denied due to that eviction. I don’t understand how from one month to the other the rules change? No one knows how to communicate they don’t take evictions. I wouldn’t have applied in the first place had they been honest and I asked the lady multiple times. Someone how an eviction from 2021 showed this month but it did not show last month."

I haven’t had too many issues with apartment besides the normal wear and tear on an apt, but the maintenance team always deals with my issues in a timely manner. The property management (Tarrah and Rayschell) are always accessible, and respectful, even though I know that at times I can be a tad much to deal with. Shout out to the staff at Camara Estates!!"
