"Manager very helpful, pleasant, professional. No actual apartment to see...just office model. The location/grounds dreary, plastic garbage bags on windows. Trash and dumpster not concealed, location is busy 4 × 4 lanes of traffic. Easy metro (bus) accessible. 1bedroom,$1,200 rent only includes basic...no W/D in unit, no cable, no exercise gym or community room. peace."

"An absolute joke for $1100+ a month... Trash has not been picked up in months... Front dumpsters get picked up but not ours. Reported to city. Maintenance team does not exist. It is a text service instead so you have to do it yourself... Laundry building but most machines are broken and aren't ever fixed plus you have to pay per load... Oh, and they managed to burn down their own leasing office and our mailboxes"

"I don't recommend these apartments when the rain pours everywhere, you wake up with a room full of water and it's not even clean! at the beginning everything seems to be fine, but it is no worse than in South Africa, the garbage has not been picked up for over 3 months"
