"Where do I start? Bad parking garage / people drive like it’s fast and furious The gym is always packed x10 and people leave items everywhere they don’t belong Maintenance only patches things don’t fix it 100% Often calling them back for the same problem because they only put a Band-Aid on it The Paint in the apartments is so bad you can see the spots that they just went over really quickly and they use very old materials for fixing things All the apartments are terribly kept. They do patchwork on everything just to get it by Turnover here is quite high as well The carpets are nasty. If you take a carpet cleaner to any of the carpets after you move in I bet the water will be black after. Be careful with the parking you will get towed even if you have a pass promises and the company will say that they are not responsible For 2300+ apartment Per month you expect to have something a little bit nicer and well kept not a slum"
