"I have been living in park 2300 for a year now and I must say I have never encountered such friendly and accommodating staff, I have consistently experienced the best residential support services from management all the way to maintenance. Andrea the manager was always there when needed and always responded to our requests. Keep the up the good work !"
"I’ve been here for about a year now and I can honestly say I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I got a really good deal on a newly renovated apartment when I moved in so I was a little worried my rent would increase significantly upon renewal, but to my surprise, it didn’t! Thankfully, I don’t have to move! Such a plus to have the office staff always greet me with a smile and I can’t complain about their maintenance team either. Thank you all!"
"I did a work order yesterday and Edwin and Vladimir are awesome they always come through when I put my request in I am Happy with my apartment I love it that the office make sure that we are all involved in a holiday activity or just to say hey welcome I can say I love coming home and I feel safe. The only thing is ppl don’t respect the entrance gate sign there a sign that says wrong way for a reason just wish this was enforced more but other than that I love the maintenance n office crew continue to make our community safe and beautiful Thank you gloria"
"THIS IS A LONG REVIEW BUT I HAD TO SHARE THIS. I needed an apartment in 3 days due to failed moving plans. I was very frantic about possibly being homeless. I cannot say enough about the office management team at Park 2300. Special thanks to Michelle and Andrea, who assisted me on my first visit on a Friday. The office was busy, but they found a way to juggle clients and get things set up for me. Everything couldn't be done due to the lateness of the hour, so I had to return the next day. The next day Saturday, Maria Pascual assisted me. She was working the front office alone and it was extremely busy. When I sat with Maria, she thoroughly reviewed my paperwork and even discovered an error due to my changing apartment locations. That error could've jeopardized my being able to move in on time. She also went the extra mile to ensure the correct apartment would be ready for me by taking me there for a walk through. The apartment was beautiful. When we returned to the office, Maria made sure I understood everything I was signing on my lease and gave me her utmost attention while still juggling a lobby full of residents. She also explained everything I needed to do for my move-in date. Maria, Michelle, and Andrea are examples of professionalism, patience, and kindness. They knew how nervous I was about getting an apartment in a short time and continued to reassure me that they would make sure it happened, AND IT DID! Kudos to Park 2300 for having a winning team! I look forward to a continued positive relationship with them in the future."
"I am highly disappointed with the condition of my apartment and nonchalant attitude from the management team on resolving the leakage from the fire/smoke detector that has now caused black mold to grow and spread. On July 25th I notified the management team about the leakage from the smoke detector but no one came out to assess the complaint. On July 27 the leakage triggered the smoke alarm to go off; which caused the fire department to come out to turn the alarm off. It then took the after hour maintenance team 2 hours to follow up to my call. They concluded that batteries were needed and the smoke detector was taken down. Because of my call to the leasing off on the 29th; maintenance returned to put the smoke detector back up. Within a few days the detector began leaking again. On August 16th, 18th, and 21st I called the leasing off and was given excuses after excuses about the leakage. I was told several times that management was going to come look at the damages and venture upstairs to see what was causing the leakage. On August 24th maintenance finally came out and sprayed the mold but a few days later it has returned. In the last few days I have spoken with 3 different people at the leasing office about the mold & being transferred to another apartment. One stated we could move as long as we made a $500 plus deposit but told we were told we cannot move to another apartment. This is very disturbing to me because I am pregnant and currently in the hospital about to deliver my son. When I am released from the hospital we cannot return to our apartment because it is not safe for me or my child and NO ONE in the leasing office cares. Theses pictures is over the last 2 weeks and it’s gotten worst I wasn’t able to go into the apartment but I took screen shots which is the first few pictures"
