The staff was always attentive to my questions and concerns, maintenance was always on top of requests, and overall it was a quiet complex with friendly neighbors. "I had an appointment scheduled today at 11:30. I arrived just a few minutes before 11, since I finished early with a previous tour. The young lady in the office seemed annoyed when I walked in the door. I proceeded to walk over to her to let her know that I had an appointment and that I was early. She checked and confirmed that I had an 11:30 appointment and although there was no one in the office. She told me she would get to me at 11:30. As a result, I left, didn’t tour and will not be leasing at this community"

"Not too bad of a place to live. The neighborhood itself is nice. However, the leasing office could handle things a little better sometimes. For instance, they sent a very passive aggressive email about the hot tub being closed when the previous email about it was sent over a month prior and threatened to close the pool if people kept using the hot tub like we’re children who are going to face a consequence. Perhaps put some caution tape around the hot tub to make it more clear that it is closed or something of the sort. We also get a lot of bugs crawling in our apartment on a regular basis. Also a lot of kids running around which is fine until they started ding dong ditching our apartment several times."
