"Oh boy, where do I begin. I’ve lived here for nearly 3 years and NEVER bothered anyone, I walk my dog, work, and mind my business and yet, I would never recommend the complex to anyone unless you are literally trying to rebuild your life. Between the guys beating their girlfriends in the parking lot and smashing furniture in the park, to the new maintenance men ONLY picking up trash in the areas where new applicants will visit, ROACHES(even though they say they come out monthly to spray and I’ve had to ask them to do that on several occasions), noise complaints that are met with “call the police” and when you do the officers never show, they towed my car for “being illegally parked” in the middle of the night without warning or any type of notice, paying for valet trash, that for whatever reason doesn’t pick up at my building, maintenance men coming and going out of apartments without leaving ANY type of notification that they’ve been there. The worst is the unprofessionalism the office staff tends to show in there communications with the complex and the influx of 5 star reviews that do NOT come from ANYONE living in the complex. You want us to pay rent on time be better to this community!"

"Lived there almost a year. Neighbors aren't friendly but no issues with noise. Office staff are usually pretty helpful, maintenence guys are great, and office manager Millie is kind and always on top of things. Location is good in that its close to Noda but kinda in a woodsy spot; the street its off is kinda noisy and busy though. The apartment itself I had no issues with, and maintenance came to help out with minor issues if I had them pretty promptly. Pool is nice and usually mostly taken care of, and gym is small but good, rarely anyone in there."

"Went for a tour with a lovely young lady called Jaymee for a 1 bedroom. Loved her positive energy she gave as she showed me the apartment. Also always with a beautiful smile. The property and office was really clean."

"I visited the community last week and met with Amy. She was just fabulous! She was very patient with me, as I had a lot of questions. She took the time to answer all of them and was very thorough throughout the whole process. We are looking into a 2 bedroom apartment and loved the options as well as the amenities! I will be bringing my husband with me next week and look forward to Amy showing him all the things that The Edge of Noda has to offer! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
