"We had an amazing experience with Barrett and the whole staff at Greenway, we were looking for a safe friendly community with an attentive staff after a bad experience and I am so glad to have found our new home. We were able to move in within 2 weeks of viewing and I felt very assured throughout the whole process, they were even able to get us a unit directly across from the dog park which our pup is very happy about. I also love how gorgeous the property is, that is definitely the first thing that caught my eye and it is very well kept. We can’t wait to use the greenway trail and see the trees get their leaves in the spring and are looking forward to the rest of our time at Greenway."

"So, I lived here for an entire year and it was terrible. Firstly, I got scammed into paying almost 1700 a month for a one bedroom apartment that was listed at 1450 due to a utilities package that only includes internet , water and trash for 268 dollars (egregious!!) zero duke energy. That ended up being it’s own entire outside bill. This apartment is listed as luxury when it is no more than some ugly yellow paint slapped on the walls and a bad DIY resin job on the counter tops. My college dorm had better amenities. Due to where I was relocating from I couldn’t tour in person and I really wish I had or I would’ve never signed. Secondly my air conditioning went out multiple times in the summer which is absolutely unacceptable. I understand things happen but fix it and keep it moving. There is no reason it should’ve gone out 4 times.Near the end of summer a pipe burst and the complex was without water for several days but they felt it was okay to wait to tell tenants about it rather then as it was happening. Lastly I recently moved out and am getting charged random amounts of money with no statement to back it up. I have to apparently wait for it in the mail as if It couldn’t get sent to my email. I am getting charged 75 dollars because I forgot to clean my lint trap in the dryer…Please beware , find another apartment it is not worth the headache and price gouging."

"Luxury is far from what this complex is. It is overpriced for minimal amenities. The front desk staff will more than likely roll their eyes at you if there are any complaints whatsoever. My fiancé and I moved in sometime in late May. We had initially signed a lease for another unit, a unit we were really excited to move in to. About a week or so before moving from Ohio, we were sent a new lease for another unit. That was confusing and concerning to us, so we called. During that phone conversation, we were told that someone complained and berated the office staff to the point that they were given our original unit. We were then told to sign the lease we were sent or we would have to consult with the property manager and the property lawyers. We were between a rock and a hard place, so we inevitably signed the lease, as we really didn’t have any time to find another place to live. Once moving in, we discovered our upstairs neighbors were some of the worst people to live below. The walls at this property are extremely thin and every step upstairs neighbors take will be heard. To our dismay, we were told the complex could do nothing about the near constant banging and rattling of our walls from the upstairs neighbors, and we should call the non emergency police number to file a noise complaint. That was not the first choice, as we understand people and children tend to be loud. However, the noise got to the point that we just couldn’t take it and we did file a noise complaint. Once that was filed, the complex finally decided to listen to our repeated complaints. Although we now feel ever so slightly heard, this complex and staff still seem apathetic to anything we have said thus far. All in all, if you value your sanity, choose somewhere better to live."

"Back in July I was on the hunt for a new apartment and was very interested in this location. Toya honestly made everything from scheduling the initial tour, to signing the lease and handing off the keys on my move date a breeze. She had no issue having me sign my lease for November (when I'd be moving out of my old studio apartment); and kept steady communication from July to my move in date. As someone in the hospitality industry, I sincerely appreciate her professionalism with a side of genuine warmth! Greenway has a real gem working for them!"

"I went to visit this property for a tour because of my upcoming move beginning of the new year. When I called to make the appointment they were able to squeeze me in the next day which was crucial because I was traveling to Charlotte the next day! When I arrived I was surprised that the property is kinda tucked away from the road which prevents hearing outside traffic! The apartments are very homely  feeling and they have so much space inside unlike some of the others I’ve viewed! the has a Greenway trail which I love because where I’m from I do a lot of nature walks daily. If you all are looking for the most space for your place definitely have to come check out Greenway!! The staff is extremely nice, Toya and Mel helped us during the whole transition and answered all the questions we were needing to know! Thank you guys so much I look forward to moving up there next year!!"
