"I love this apartment complex I give all 5 stars,It's very clean and quite over hear cheap rent base on ones income,great place to raise children(1,3 & 3 bdrooms."

I applied and did my application fee as well as called and emailed multiple times and never got a hold of anyone there, as well as me taking time to drive up there to get more information no one was ever there so i assume someone took my application money and went with it since i never heard back from them even if i was denied. Really disappointed because i was in a rush to move and really had hopes for this place."

"Willow oak run apartments do not I repeat do not return potential renters phone calls or reply back to emails I have done everything that was requested on the application and I've been calling and going by every sense no one is ever in the office and like I said they do not return people phone calls or emails it's very heartbreaking for someone who is desperately in need of anapartments."

"The Neighbors above us are constantly stumping 24/7 , you can hear them arguing very loudly through the ceiling it was perfectly fine before these new neighbors and there children moved in . I think a large family like that should be on the 1st floor not 3rd !"

"When calling the office no answer. Everythings goes into voice mail. It appears when the office need informations she will send out information or emails. She want you to reply back quickly. Not fair"
