"First I would like to say that everyone, staff and residents are very nice. Maintenance staff is quick getting the job done. Office staff is also fast answering any questions you may have. I love my apartment. I'm very thankful to Jesus for helping me find my way to Steele Creek senior apts in Charlotte. The manager, Bendetta is very helpful very kind. I give Steele Creek Senior Apts a 5 star. Thank you guys for everything and for the warm welcome to our home!!! I have met a few residents, and they all introduce themselves and welcome me home."

"Very nice location for your elderly loved ones. Steele Creek Senior Apartments have a gym, computer room, gaming area and various entertainment spaces. My favorite spot on the property would be the gardens and the picnic areas."

"Very rude staff. I tried to talk to them over the phone I feel as tho they figured I was a telemarketer and they hung up on me. So i figured I call back and explain I'm not trying to sell them anything and the woman cut me off mid sentence saying we are not interested. I work as a member of the Charlotte Symphony and wanted to explain that we were reaching out to all the Senior Homes and Apartments in Charlotte to give a 20% discount to who ever would be interested. We know the Senior community enjoys coming to our shows and we appreciate it so we wanted to make it even more affordable. She didn't seem to care about what the community does to help the residents enjoy the time they are there they do not even have an activities director or an Engaged Life Director."

"Steele Creek Senior Living is a great place to live. The building is beautiful and the apartments are very nice . There is storage space for one to use. We have community space, such as a Great Room, a lounge, gym, second through fourth floors have spacious setting areas. Elevator for convenience. A Beauty Salon, and an on-site activity and senior consultant. We have great management staff and the parking lot have adequate lighting. This is a fun and good place to live . I love this community and we are blessed to have such a beautiful place to call home."
