"First and foremost. I had the roughest transition in the beginning from moving to a new city. However, this complex was very understanding and even allowed me time to set up all my bank accounts for rent and energy. When I first moved in, my apartment was very clean and it smelt so damn good. My hot water was not working in my shower, they instantly fixed it the same day even though I still didn't have my energy account set up. The community is great and so welcoming, I received a bottle of wine of my choice as a move-in gift. They also do happy hours on the complex! The gym has a freaking stair master!!!! Also very effective push and pull machines for the upper and lower body. The location of the spot is very convenient. Very safe area. I love getting packages delivered straight to my door instead of walking down, and I live on the 5th floor!!!! Sara and Kristina literally are the sweetest people you will ever meet. They actually enjoy their jobs and are willing to help you in any way possible. They also dress like they're ripping the runway every single day, like dang wish I had that drip. I'd give them a raise if I had it like that."

"I lived in OR from May to the following July, so a little over a year. The building is clean and pet friendly. I found the staff to be helpful, responsive and friendly. Utilities were reasonable and I was always able to find a parking space in the garage. Move it was easy as well. If I were to return to CLT, I would rent here again."

"Could not have picked a better name, but I may be biased ;) If you're new to Charlotte, this place is a great choice. It's close to everything - with good public transit options to boot. The staff are total pros. Friendly, professional, prompt - everything you'd hope for. Maintenance requests were always fulfilled in a timely manner (often the same day). Anything especially serious gets resolved swiftly. If you're coming from out of town, you may think the rent looks steep. Honestly, it's steep everywhere. The good news is that, for what you are paying, you are getting very good facilities and a great location. It can get pretty noisy though - less from your neighbors and more from loud motorcycles and cars outside. You'd probably find this at any of the other big complexes along this section of Central Ave to be honest. The usual solutions, like running a box fan or throwing on headphones help a bit. All in all though, I had a good experience and would recommend it to others."

"I cannot say enough about the hard work Kristina & Sarah provided in getting me into Overton Row in less than 24 hours. The neighborhood has all that I was looking for location, amenities and great staff. I am looking forward to meeting my neighbors and experiencing all Plaza Midwood & Overton Row has to offer! Did I mention great location...next door to Thristy Beaver. I enjoy living at Overton Row so much so I renewed my lease for fifteen months last month. I have found the leasing office and maintenance are always cheerful and eager to provide assistance. The weight room more than meets my needs and the pool is a blast in the summer. The two or three community events held each more are enjoyable and a great way to meet folks as well as their pets!"
