"I called today 7/13/23 and the PROPERTY MANAGER LACEY answered and hung up on me the 1st time no hello no greeting etc., . i called right back and she picked up (unprofessionally) without an introduction no thanks for calling, i had to ask for her name, she so proudly stated with an attitude she was the property manager LACEY MUHAMMAD... i had to ensure i was calling the correct place by asking if this was indeed park at Oaklawn. ugh!!! Then she stated that she hung up on me the 1st time bc she was trying to make a call!! SMDH! I was calling to find out if they had openings for my mom who is a senior wanting to downsize. but if that's how the property manager acts i can only imagine how rude & unprofessional the other office staff must be! and from the reviews its a HARD NO THANKS!! So sad that some of us don't know how to be professional its sickening to see my ppl be an embarrassment to the culture! I hope Lacey gets the proper training on how to be professional!"

"I've sent my name and email multiple times and no response. I don't understand. Then they don't even show how much the rent is on the website. I'm looking for permanent residence."

"Apartments are filled with roaches stay away! Trash all over the property all the time. Police patrol the complex 24/7 and the leasing office ignores all your concerns. If you want to live with roaches this is the place for you !"

"Every time I visit my mother her porch is surrounded by trash from her neighbors above her. The dog on the 2nd floor pee on the balcony so my mother is not able to sit on her patio because its covered in pee. the neighbors on the 3rd floor literally throw everything over the balcony including tvs (see photos). Tv been on the side of my mom house for months now."

"If it were for management I would get all five starts. I love my apartment but the management here is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. There is only one lady that seems to be handling everything and she claims to be so busy that she never has time to tend to your issues. I moved in February and it is now about to be may and I still have not gained access to my mailbox. I email Lorena the leasing lady EVERY SINCE DAY and I never get a response. I have even reached out to upper management and they also seem to not care because I have yet to heard anything from them."
