The Office staff is great and on top of any requests Maintenance is rarely needed but if there is a need the turn around time on work orders is quick and flexible with my work schedule. I feel really safe here. Great place to live!!"

"Great location, no bugs, great price for what you get. The leasing office is very responsive. I live in a 2bd 2bath and never had issues with loud neighbors. The building is a little older and built way better than new apartment buildings are today which I think made the walls more sound proof. Huge balcony and open living room and kitchen."

"There isn’t any type of maintenance. The hallways are always dirty. The main entrances are always Open because they do not close all the way. We have a entry device at the main door with no access codes for our visitors or the post office. There are a lot of lighting around the building that do not work. When I call to let them know a guest almost fell down the stairs they still did nothing about it. All of the properties around us are being repainted and our buildings are looking rusty. I can keep going but they are not going to do anything about it anyway"
