"From the moment I moved in here I have not been in peace. I have not been happy dealing with the property manager, assistant manager and even the maintenance guys that have been very unprofessional. I’ve been treated unfair. first it started with my water situation that was coming out grayish looking colors, they acted like they didn’t care about that. When I first moved in this apartment, the apartment was not ready for a new tenant. They move me in a apartment with trash on the floor, refrigerator had mildew. The stove was nasty and filthy. they got the nerve to come to my apartment and say my apartment was not clean lol…when I moved in this apartment, the apartment wasn’t clean!!!!! I asked to do a tour on the apartment and they refused to let me look at the apartment, but they was very quick to take my money. Do not move here. It will be the worst experience you have a had, especially dealing with them disrespectful managers, and them on unprofessional maintenance guys. Don’t nobody care, but they will most definitely take your money…."
"Why even tell ppl your taking application if it’s a two year waiting list. Why do you have ppl waiting 2-3years for a place for their family to live. Smh I have been trying to get into these apartments for the past 4-5 yrs now smh"
"Moving in here has been hell. I’ve put in so many work orders and now I’m going on month 9 with a leak in my apartment. I’ve had to replace my daughters bedroom furniture due to there being a leak. Even though the lease says if there is negligence on the landlords end they are responsible for replacing damaged items. There’s mold in my apartment. The baseboards are swelling due to the leak. I have been over paying my rent however I received a letter stating that I owe them. The property manager Ms. Heath is extremely rude. She do not like tenants walking into the office to speak to her. “I have a real nasty attitude and I don’t care” was her words when I walked in to speak to her about the issue in my apartment. I am currently looking for another place to stay. This place is fit for someone who do not care about their living space. We have new management so let’s hope they will fix the leak and mold issue for me."
"Definitely the worse experience living here. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything it’s been a month since i called, my ceiling in my bathroom is leaking from upstairs, the damages are pretty bad, It’s mold on my back porch and on the AC unit. They never answer the phone or come to the door. Very unprofessional. No sense of running an office if you guys can’t never answer when it’s an emergency, they be so ready to put someone out sending notices because they’re late on rent but can’t answer a simple phone call. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE."
